Benefit Managers Company was the winner of our March 11th, 2010 Boise Technology Makeover contest. Before winning the makeover, their server was outdated, they experienced numerous problems with printing and other communications between their workstations, and inter-company emails could take up to 15-20 minutes to be delivered. Northwest Computer Support helped them set up an Exchange Server, which has speeded up their business communications, and eliminated technical glitches.


They love the ability to solve all of their IT problems with one simple phone call to Northwest Computer Support. They are looking forward to working more with NWCS to further cut costs and reduce their impact on the environment.


In 2000, owners Warren Hysell and Carol Senn formed Benefit Managers Company from a client base of 40 small businesses who needed to have their flexible spending accounts managed. Today, BMC, besides managing flexible spending accounts, also manages health reimbursement accounts and COBRA.


Their client base has swelled to over 500 small businesses, with sizes ranging from 2 to 1,700 employees. Their mission is to assist plan participants and client companies reduce the cost of healthcare through tax advantaged programs and plan designs which reduce premiums.


They believe that exceptional, personal customer service combined with quick turnaround on claim reimbursements sets them apart from their competition.


Benefit Managers Company loves doing business in the Boise area as well as Eastern Oregon because of the strong presence of small companies. They believe they are in a unique position to help these companies find benefits packages that meet their needs and are affordable.


They've enjoyed working with Northwest Computer Support and have found every aspect of the NWCS team from IT to Sales to be an extreme pleasure to work with. The owners of Benefit Manager's Company have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, drive to overcome challenges gracefully and problem-solving skills of the NWCS staff.
