Northwest computer support quotes you out a monthly fee for the hardware you need. We process the order, deliver, and set up your equipment (setup includes basic installation of equipment). We then will provide you with an 800 number as well as a local number to address any hardware issues that may come up during the life of the equipment. Most repairs will be handled the same or following day, up to and including replacement of the entire unit if necessary. At the end of your agreement term (3 and 4 year terms available) you have the option of receiving upgraded equipment, or continuing with your current equipment at half the monthly fee.
